Celsius to Fahrenheit Conversion Table
0 °C = 32 °F · 32 °F = 0 °C
The formula is °F = °C × 9/5 + 32. Unlike length conversions there is an offset, so 20 °C is 68 °F rather than 36.
°F = °C × 9/5 + 32 · °C = (°F − 32) × 5/9

What is the Celsius to Fahrenheit formula?
°F = °C × 9/5 + 32. For 20 °C: 20 × 1.8 = 36, then + 32 = 68 °F.
Why can I not just double the number?
Doubling ignores the +32 offset and the 9/5 ratio, so it only works as a rough estimate.
What is absolute zero in Fahrenheit?
−273.15 °C equals −459.67 °F, the coldest possible temperature.
