Are both dates included?
No. The count is end − start, so the start day is not counted. Add 1 if you need an inclusive count.
How are business days counted?
Monday to Friday only; weekends are skipped and public holidays are not subtracted.
Do time zones affect the result?
No. Dates are compared in UTC, so daylight saving changes never add or remove a day.
