FAQ

Are capture groups supported?

Yes. In regex mode use $1 … $9 in the replacement to insert the captured text.

Why were no matches replaced?

Check case sensitivity and whole-word mode — whole word only matches when the pattern is surrounded by non-word characters.

Is there a size limit?

The tool runs on your device, so large documents are limited by browser memory rather than an arbitrary cap.
