No. Images are drawn onto PDF pages in your browser, so nothing leaves your device.

Will the images look sharp?

Each image is scaled to the page and embedded as JPEG; very large photos are downscaled to keep the file small.

Which page size should I pick?

A4 or US Letter for printing, fit-to-image for screenshots and one-off scans.
