JSON to Python Model
Generate Python dataclasses or Pydantic models from a JSON sample.
100% private — everything runs in your browser
How to Use
- 1
Paste a JSON sample — a webhook payload works well.
- 2
Pick dataclass or Pydantic and name the root class.
- 3
Generate, then copy the models into your project.
Examples
Dataclass
Input
{"id":1,"user":{"name":"Ada"}}Output
@dataclass
class Root:
id: int
user: UserPydantic model
Input
[{"id":1},{"id":2,"name":"Alan"}]Output
class Root(BaseModel):
id: int
name: str | None = NoneFAQ
Which style should I pick?
Use dataclass for plain data containers and Pydantic when you want validation and parsing.
How are optional keys handled?
Keys missing in some array items get a None default so the model accepts the whole payload.
Do I need to install anything?
Pydantic output requires the pydantic package; dataclass output only needs the standard library.
