How long should the title and description be?
Search engines usually show about 60 characters of the title and 160 of the description. The counters turn red when you exceed those limits.
Are keywords still useful?
Google ignores the keywords tag, but some other engines and internal search tools still read it. It is safe to leave it empty.
Where do I paste the generated tags?
Inside the <head> element of your HTML page, before any stylesheets or scripts.
