Can the watermark be removed?

The text is drawn into the page content, so it is not a removable annotation layer.

Why is my text rejected?

The built-in font only covers Latin characters. Use Latin letters, digits and basic punctuation.

Does it watermark every page?

Yes. The same watermark is applied to all pages of the document.
